Early Summer Meet & General Assembly, June 1 – 3, 2007
Hjelmsjöviks Hotell, Vandrarhem och Camping, Örkelljunga, Skåne, about 55 km North of Helsingborg.
To get there:
- From E 4: exit 72 (Skåneporten) towards Örkeljunga. Ca 100 m. Statoil gas station: turn left, then imm. right. Large sign, pointing out Hjelmsjövik hotel & camping.
- From rd 114 and rd 24 from Ängelholm resp Halmstad. Drive to Örkelljunga towards Hässleholm. At Statoil gas station drive as above.
- Rd 24 and rd 108 from Hässleholm: drive towards Örkelljunga. At Skåneporten, Statoil gas station: drive as above.
Friday: We´ll be there from 15.00 to serve you a welcome coffee.
Evening: Simple barbeque (sausages etc).
Restaurant available nearby (not included in fee).
Saturday: Breakfast served between 08.00 and 10.00.
Welcome coffee for those, arriving during the day.
11.00 Ride-out: about 100 km (road-book supplied)
18.00 Dinner
Sunday: Breakfast served between 08.00 and 10.00.
Site cleared by 12.00.

Alt 1: Friday - Sunday: 725 SEK (€80,50), 2 x acc., 2 x breakfast, dinner Sat., 2 x "welcome coffee", simple barbeque Friday evening.
Alt. 2: Saturday - Sunday: 475 SEK (€53,00) :- , 1 x acc., 1 x
breakfast, dinner Saturday, "welcome coffee".
Alt. 3 Saturday only: 250 SEK (€2,00).
Accomodation in tent:
Limited camping space (~10 - 12 tents) available on the premises with access to sanitary facilities.
Camping - Fees
One tent costs 100 SEK (€11,00) / night - max 4 pers/ tent.
Friday – Sunday: Tent owner: 625 SEK (€69,50). 2 nights, 2 x breakfast, dinner Sat., 2 x "welcome coffee", simple barbeque Friday evening.
Others, sharing the same tent, as above, 425 SEK (€47,50).
Saturday – Sunday: Tent owner: 425 SEK (€47,50). 1 night, 1 breakfast, dinner Saturday. Others, sharing the same tent, as above, 325 SEK (€36,00).
